Reading helps a lot in developing thoughts, giving endless knowledge and lessons while keeping our minds active. Books keep all kinds of information, stories, thoughts, and feelings unlike anything else in this world. It also enables us to get rejuvenated always.

Meditation is a method of increasing calmness in the mind, physical relaxation, improving psychological balance.
